Requisitos:
• University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent working experience;
• Experience in purchasing and negotiation within supplier relationships;
• Experience within the manufacturing industry;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
• Proven negotiation, analytical and communication skills;
• Strong business acumen, agile in way of working;
• Positive attitude, service minded and target oriented approach;
• Desire to work in a collaborative team towards a common purpose;
• Strong team player with the ability to lead;
• Ability to be open minded, to encourage collaboration and to add value with a continuous improvement mindset;

Atividades:
• As the buyer, you will be leading the purchasing activities on your scope with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the customers maximum satisfaction;
• You will be negotiating QDCFTSR of the supplier base under your segments;
• You will perform purchasing activities related to ordering, logistics and financial flows to the suppliers;
• It will be critical to work with your North American Engineering and global Purchasing counterparts to drive current supplier performance to the defined targets, at the same time continuing to challenge our assumptions in these areas by researching market trends and engaging potential new suppliers in feasibility discussions.
